Shipping policy

Bespoke, offer Soul Botanics' hand poured products that have been thoughtfully constructed over a specific timeline. We work hard to ensure that they are beautifully and creatively made.  That being said, they are hand-crafted with natural ingredients and so they may hold imperfections and flaws that are associated with hand made creations.  We work hard on packaging and presentation and we hope that this is evident on receiving our products. Hand-made takes a little longer, so we ask that you give us the allocated time for your gifts to arrive.

In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we aim to resolve it as effectively as possible.

Shipping:

We ask customers to allow for 2-4 working days for their product to be made and shipped. Please have piece of mind in that, we will ensure your products arrive with you as soon as possible following the creative making process. All items are handmade with natural products and so there may be aesthetic variations in the finished products.

All branded skincare products are shipped in the same time frame and will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Lost/Damaged Items

Occasionally items can get lost or become damaged during shipping, which is unfortunately a risk during the shipping process.  Before your item leaves our studio, we ensure that all products are safely wrapped and labelled, to minimise issues with damaged products.

In the event that an item arrives to you damaged, please provide us with photos of your damaged item as evidence.  If the item is in stock, we will send a new item.  If this item is out of stock, a refund will be provided and you are welcome to re-purchase when the item is back in stock.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from the shipped date (2-4 days after your order), we will assist with locating this item. If it is not located, a new item will be sent out to you.  All items are shipped using Royal Mail and we will use them to locate your package, via their shipping numbers.

If your order has not arrived after the advised shipping period, we will require 48 hours to duplicate your order. This duplicate may need to be returned if your original order does indeed, show up at a later date.
